Joint Ministerial Decision 46982\/2025<\/strong> sets the amount of administrative fines<\/strong> imposed on companies, sole proprietorships, branches and other legal forms for breaches of publicity and registration obligations in the General Commercial Registry (GEMI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
